最后更新: 2026年9月4日EN

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of promc.ai (the "site"), operated by NeoAI ("we"). The Korean version is the authoritative text.

2. Definitions

  • "Member": a person who agreed to these terms and signed up with an email address.
  • "Member content": content provided only to members, such as book update notes.
  • "The letter": the email we send irregularly to members who opted in.

3. Effect and changes

These terms take effect when published on the site. We may change them within the law; changes are announced at least seven days before they take effect, and continued use after that counts as acceptance.

4. Sign-up and account

  1. You sign up by entering an email address and accepting these terms and the privacy policy. There is no password; you sign in through a link sent to your email.
  2. You are responsible for the security of your email account.
  3. You may delete your account at any time from "My account"; your data is deleted immediately.

5. The service

  1. We provide a blog, the letter, book exercises and update notes, and information about corporate training.
  2. Member content is free. We may add, change or discontinue parts of the service; significant changes are announced on the site.
  3. There are currently no paid services. If we introduce any, separate terms will apply.

6. Copyright and permitted use

  1. All content on the site is owned by NeoAI or its rightful licensors.
  2. You may use the content for personal learning and reference. Copying, redistributing, selling or creating derivative works without our prior written consent is not permitted.
  3. Short quotations with attribution and sharing links are welcome.

7. Your obligations

You must not: use another person's email or information; copy member content for distribution; interfere with the operation of the site (for example automated bulk access); or violate applicable law or these terms.

8. Limitation of liability

  1. The content is provided for information only and comes with no guarantee of results. AI tools change quickly; parts of the content may differ from the time of writing.
  2. We are not liable for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including third-party service outages.
  3. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the content or their consequences.

9. Personal data

Personal data is handled according to our privacy policy.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea; disputes are heard by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
