The first exercise from the Everyday section. The shortest path to letting AI into your day.

1. One photo

Open the fridge so the inside is visible and snap a single picture. Open the ChatGPT app on your phone and attach the photo.

2. The message

With the ingredients in this photo, suggest 4 Korean-style dinners I could make this week,
then make a separate grocery list of the 5 things I'm missing the most.

3. What to do with the result

Screenshot the list, or paste it into your notes app. Run the same loop next week and ChatGPT will automatically avoid the meals it suggested last time.

One pass saves five minutes a week. The next chapter shows how to expand the same flow to the whole household.
